A man from Burnie has been charged with drug trafficking following a traffic stop that allegedly uncovered tens of thousands of dollars in cash and various drugs.
Taskforce Scelus officers pulled over the 37-year-old on Monday and subjected him and the vehicle he was in to a search.

This search allegedly uncovered $42,000 in cash, quantities of methylamphetamine, cannabis and the drug GHB.
The man was arrested and charged with various drug offences.
He was granted bail to appear in the Burnie Magistrates Court at a later date.
