A burst water main caused disruption to traffic on Sandy Bay Road in Long Beach overnight.
The road was closed between Beach Road and Churchill Avenue due to a large volume of water that had inundated the road around 10pm.

Pulse followers at the scene reported the water was gushing several metres into the air, partially submerging much of the road.
The road reopened later into the night.
