Motorists in Hobart’s CBD are facing delays this afternoon due to a water main repair on the corner of Campbell and Liverpool Street.
TasWater crews were called to the leak earlier today after water was seen gushing onto the road.

As a result of the repair work, Liverpool Street is down to one lane and Campbell Street has been reduced from four lanes to three.
A TasWater spokesperson said the estimated time to complete the repair is around 7:30pm.
“We thank motorists for their patience while we undertake these important works,” the spokesperson said.
