A deliberate fire at a house in Glenorchy has resulted in over $200K worth of damages overnight.
The blaze at the single unit on Devines Road was lit early on Sunday morning and resulted in significant internal damage being caused to the property.

The Tasmania Fire Service say they were able to extinguish the fire quickly, which Police have since determined was a deliberate act of arson.
Anyone with information on the fire is asked to call police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 1800 333 000.
The occupant of the unit was not home at the time of the fire.
