People across Hobart have woken to views of a snow-covered kunanyi/Mt Wellington this morning after snow fell overnight.
The BOM forecast snow down to 700m yesterday, with the City of Hobart closing the Pinnacle Road at 6pm at the Springs as a result.

Temperatures across the city are currently sitting at around 11c at 8am, while the summit of kunanyi/Mt Wellington is -0.7c right now.
