A teenager has been charged with stealing with force after an incident at a Claremont shopping centre this afternoon.
Police allege the 16-year-old stole several items from the supermarket just after midday on Saturday.

Officers say the teen produced a pair of scissors before running from the store.
They were found nearby a short time later and arrested.
The youth will appear before the Youth Justice Court at a later date.
No injuries were reported following the incident.
