Police are on the hunt for a suspected thief they believe is linked to several car thefts and burglaries south of Hobart over the weekend.
Two homes in Tinderbox and Snug were reportedly broken into and two cars were allegedly stolen on Saturday.

Authorities are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen a young man dressed in dark clothing around the Snug Caravan Park at around 6pm that evening.
“Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania,” a spokesperson said.
