Commuters heading into Hobart on the Southern Outlet are facing significant delays this morning as a result of a three-vehicle crash.
Police say the incident has blocked the right-hand lane of city-bound traffic, around 500 metres south of the Tolmans Hill exit.

As a result, all lanes are at a standstill, with authorities urging motorists to approach with caution.
No information on any injuries sustained in the crash or how long the delays are expected to last is available at this time.
