A motorcyclist has reportedly fled the scene of a crash on the outskirts of New Norfolk after sustaining serious injuries.
Police received a report around 2:40pm on Saturday that a man had crashed a motorcycle in bushland next to Kensington Street.

The man and the motorcycle were then allegedly taken to an address in Claremont before emergency services arrived.
Police believe the crash occurred just before 3pm.
“Anyone with information in relation to the crash, or the motorcycle in the area around the time, is asked to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania,” a spokesperson said.
