A power pole has been left dangling over an eastern shore road after car crashed into it this afternoon.
The incident on Malunna Road in Lindisfarne cut power to over 100 homes in the area around 3pm on Tuesday.

“No injuries have been reported in the crash,” police said.
“Malunna Road and Beach Road are currently closed to allow emergency services to respond.”
TasNetworks say an estimated restoration time is yet to be confirmed and have advised residents to check their website after 4:30pm.
