Around 1,300 homes and businesses in the Tamar Valley are without power this evening due to a fault.
Properties around Riverside, Legana, Rosevears and Exeter are affected by the outage, TasNetworks says.

The power company says it has received reports of “sparking wires” at Legana.
Crews are on their way to the area to investigate the fault and restore power as soon as possible.
TasNetworks is urging people to stay at least 10 metres clear of any fallen power lines or other damage.
An estimated restoration time is yet to be confirmed, with people advised to check back after 6:30pm.
