Victoria Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a person for theft.
Officers are searching for 36-year-old Luke Palmer, who they say is known to frequent both Launceston and Frankston in Melbourne.

Palmer is described as being around 180cm tall with a thin build, long brown hair and blue eyes.
“Anyone with information on Palmer’s current whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online at crimestoppersvic.com.au,” police said.
