An elderly man has died following a crash on Summerleas Road in Fern Tree late last year.
The 75-year-old was rushed to the Royal Hobart Hospital in a serious condition after the crash on December 10.

According to police reports at the time, the vehicle veered off the road, collided with a residential fence and went down an embankment.
On Wednesday, police confirmed the man had since passed away.
“Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of all involved,” they said.
“A report will be prepared for the coroner.”
