The 26-year-old is accused of causing the crash near Copping over the Easter long weekend, which claimed the life of a woman from interstate who was holidaying in Tasmania with her husband.

Tientjes also pleaded not guilty to one count of assaulting a police officer and four counts of breaching bail conditions.

She has been remanded in custody and will appear in Hobart’s Supreme Court in October.
