Three Australian Warships have docked at the Port of Burnie this morning, bringing around 300 sailors to the city as part of their visit to Tasmania.
The sailors have disembarked from the HMAS Adelaide, HMAS Brisbane and the HMAS Sydney, which are currently docked for refuelling.

The Burnie City Council say the sailors arrived at the Port at 9am and will have until 4pm to explore Burnie before departing.
“300 sailors will be disembarking and coming ashore via landing craft at South Burnie Beach, in search for coffee and cakes,” the council said.
