An investigation is underway after several parked cars were damaged overnight in Launceston.
The incidents occurred in the vicinity of York Street and Margaret Street.

Police believe that some of the vehicles had fuel stolen from them.
They are urging anyone who may have been parked in the area overnight to check their vehicles for potential damage.
“Anyone who may have seen people acting suspiciously in the area is asked to call Launceston Police on 131444,” a police spokesperson said.
