A truck carrying brewery waste has spilled its load across Hobart’s Cascade Road this afternoon, forcing road closures and covering a car in the mess.
The incident happened at the intersection with Apsley Street in South Hobart.

It is understood the truck was carrying by-products from Cascade Brewery.
One car bore the brunt of the spill, with fertiliser coating the vehicle and causing visible damage.
Other cars parked nearby were also hit by the scattered load.
Police have cordoned off the area, with diversions in place while tractors work to clear the road.
No injuries have been reported, police said.
