With Christmas Day just two weeks away, early forecasts suggest Tasmanians can look forward to a mostly positive weather outlook.
According to forecaster AccuWeather, Hobart is expected to experience a little morning rain, followed by a mostly cloudy day on December 25.
The capital is forecast to reach a high of 19 degrees.
Launceston will see a mix of clouds and sunshine, with temperatures peaking at 20 degrees.
In the north-west, similar conditions are expected, with intervals of clouds and a slightly cooler high of 17 degrees.
On the West Coast, expect a cloudier day with periods of rain in the afternoon and a top temperature of 16 degrees.
Meanwhile, the east coast will be treated to partly sunny skies and a high of 18 degrees.
The north-east is in for a passing morning shower and an otherwise sunny day.
