The mansion’s upper floor will have a study with a bathroom, storage, and waiting area.

A wing on the ground floor will feature a combined kitchen, living, and dining space, a separate playroom, a walled courtyard and a laundry room.

The 1,639m² block of land was sold for $990,000 in July 2022.

The lower floor will boast an impressive entertaining area, seamlessly connected to an open deck with a sunken jacuzzi.

The Hobart City planning committee approved the application for the mansion this week, and there were no oppositions to the development application received.
