A dolphin has made a surprise appearance at Bellerive Yacht Club following heavy rainfall across Hobart today.
The dolphin was spotted swimming among docked vessels at Bellerive Quay after the city received more than 30mm of rain.

Local restaurant Gastown East captured and shared an image of the visitor navigating between the moored yachts.
The Bureau of Meteorology had forecast showers for the southeast region as part of a weather system involving a broad low pressure system moving over Tasmania from the northwest.
“The low will weaken and clear away to the south during early Monday,” the BOM said.
