The BIG4 Iluka on Freycinet Holiday Park in Coles Bay is up for sale, offering an “exceptionally rare opportunity” for investors.

The family-owned holiday park, located on 11 acres of natural bushland at the entrance to Freycinet National Park, has been owned by the Kain family since 1989.

The ‘highly sought-after’ property comes with 30 cabins, 44 powered sites and 22 unpowered sites, as well as a 32-bed backpacker accommodation.

A tavern, cafe, general store and the only petrol station and liquor licensed tavern in the area are also included.

The park has a strong reputation, with an 8.3 rating on Booking.com and a 4.2-star out of 5 rating on Google.

The entire complex turned over approximately $8.1 million in the 22/23 financial year, with potential for further growth and expansion.

The property is for sale through ResortBrokers and Tasmanian agent Marissa von Stieglitz.
