Emergency services rushed to a structure fire at a unit complex in Invermay overnight, with multiple crews working to contain the blaze.
Emergency services responded to calls reporting a fire on Dry Street at approximately 8:50pm.

Firefighters from Launceston arrived at the scene to find “a large amount of smoke coming from the back part of the building.”
Tasmania Police and TasNetworks personnel were also in attendance at the incident.
Images from the scene show significant damage to the property.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
