Prospective homeowners can now register their interest in Kingborough’s newest subdivision, with the first 33 lots expected to go on sale before the end of the year.
Titles for the initial release in the first stage of the Huntingfield subdivision are being finalised, with the remaining 170 lots in the stage to become available from early 2026.
The subdivision will offer a range of lot sizes averaging 450 square metres, from smaller blocks suitable for terraces and townhouses through to larger lots for detached houses.
Buyers will have the option of purchasing the land only or house and land packages.

The house and land packages are designed to simplify the building process by removing the need to secure a builder independently.
Information about house designs and participating builders will be released in coming months, Homes Tasmania says.

Stage one will ultimately deliver about 210 residential lots for open market sale and social and affordable housing, as well as a commercial business zone.
Essential infrastructure including water, sewerage, electricity and telecommunications has been installed across the entire subdivision.
A new roundabout on the Channel Highway has been built to provide safer entry into the development.
The broader Huntingfield project will deliver around 460 lots across multiple stages on 34 hectares of residential and commercial land, plus 34 hectares of open space.
Approximately 15% of lots will be kept for social and affordable rental housing.
