Police are investigating a suspicious fire that tore through the former Rossarden School House in the northeast overnight.
Emergency services responded to reports of a fire at the historic building on Schell Street just before 1am on Sunday.

Tasmania Fire Service crews arrived at the scene and contained the blaze before it could spread to neighbouring properties.
Fire investigators have determined the blaze was deliberately lit, prompting police to launch a criminal investigation.
No one was inside the structure at the time of the fire, and no injuries have been reported.
