An investigation has been launched into a shed fire that erupted in Latrobe on Friday evening, with police calling for public assistance as they work determine the cause.
The blaze broke out at the property at 29 Laura Street at approximately 8pm, with Tasmania Fire Service crews rushing to the scene.

Tasmania Police have issued a public appeal for witnesses and any residents with CCTV footage from the surrounding area that might have captured suspicious activity.
The extent of damage to the shed and any adjacent property has not yet been confirmed.
