The Tasmania JackJumpers have confirmed their first home game of the 2024/25 NBL season will be held at MyState Bank Arena on September 28th.
The Hobart game will feature a championship banner unveiling ceremony, celebrating last season’s historic victory.
JackJumpers CEO Christine Finnegan said she was excited about the upcoming season, which features a balanced schedule and the inclusion of a Christmas Day home game.
“The NBL have worked hard to create a balanced mix of game days and times this season,” Finnegan said.
“We’re confident that families and supporters will continue to immerse themselves in the JackJumpers experience through all mediums.”
The team’s schedule includes a mix of Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon games throughout October to February.
Fans in the north of the state can also look forward to two games at the Launceston Silverdome on October 18th and November 1st.
The regular season will end against the Cairns Taipans at the annual Teal Game on February 8th, 2025, supporting the Tasmanian Gynaecological Cancer Charity, S.H.E.
The JackJumpers’ first match of the season will be against Melbourne United at the NBL HoopsFest in Perth on September 19th.
