An investigation has been launched after two vehicles were shot at in the Richmond and Risdon Vale areas overnight. ⚠🔫
Police say several shots were reportedly fired at a vehicle as it travelled on Middle Tea Tree Road in Richmond around 2:45am, with more shots fired at the vehicle as it travelled south towards Cambridge on Richmond Road.

10 minutes later, the same offenders are believed to have been involved in another incident, when a firearm was shot towards another car on Grass Tree Hill Road.
The shooting left the first car’s rear window shattered, with the offending vehicle thought to be a white, newer model Subaru Impreza or Mazda hatchback.
No one was injured in either incident and anyone with information is asked to contact Police.
