A man has been charged after allegedly stealing $400 from a Launceston business.
The 46-year-old from Launceston was arrested on Friday after the incident at The Card Castle within the Brisbane Street Arcade.

Police allege the man assaulted a staff member during the theft and made off with cash from the register.
He has since been charged with stealing with force, minor drug offences, family violence offences and offences against police.
The man made an appearance in the Launceston Magistrates Court over the weekend.
