Sushi Hub, one of Australia’s largest sushi chains, has expanded its footprint into Tasmania – officially opening their first lutruwita store in Hobart’s Cat and Fiddle Arcade.

Works have been underway at the new store for several months, finally opening in the last week before Christmas.

Sushi Hub say they offer a wide range of fresh, hand-rolled sushi, catering to the growing demand for convenient and healthy food options in Tasmania.

The new store is located next to Smiggle and opposite Boost Juice on the Elizabeth Street Mall side of Hobart’s Cat & Fiddle.

It’s at least the 10th sushi outlet to open in the main part of Hobart’s CBD, with locally owned joints Hokkaido, Sush and Niko Niko also operating nearby.
