A Smithton man has been charged with drug trafficking after police found a “trafficable quantity” of methamphetamine during a raid on his home.
Officers from the Western Drugs and Firearms Unit raided the property on Tuesday with the assistance of specialist resources.

They allegedly found drug paraphernalia and cash believed to be proceeds of crime during the raid.
The man will appear in the Burnie Magistrates Court in March.
