A major search and rescue operation is underway for a 32-year-old man missing in bushland near Mt Barrow in northern Tasmania.
Corey was last seen on the Mt Barrow Discovery Trail on Sunday evening, police confirmed to Pulse today with the permission of his family.
Multiple agencies joined the search today, including police search and rescue personnel, Tasmanian Mounted Search and Rescue and SES volunteers.
Search teams deployed helicopters, drones and all-terrain vehicles to comb the Nunamara bushland area.
Search operations are expected to resume tomorrow as crews continue efforts to locate the missing man.
Police are urging anyone with information about Corey’s whereabouts or who may have seen him in the area to contact them immediately on 131 444.
