A motorcyclist has been injured in a crash on the Tasman Highway north of Scamander this afternoon.
Police say the two-vehicle crash has closed the road north of Wrinklers Bridge “until further notice”.

“Motorists are asked to slow down and use caution approaching the area, or delay their travel if possible.”
A detour has been set up from Campbell Street in Scamander and Eastern Creek Road via Skyline Road in Beaumaris.
The injuries sustained by the motorcycle rider are reported to be non-life-threatening.
2pm, Wednesday February 7: One person has been airlifted to the St Helens Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The road is now open to traffic.
