A young man has died following a motorcycle crash on the Bass Highway at Elizabeth Town on Friday afternoon.
Police and emergency services were called to the scene near Dudleys Road about 3:50pm.

The 20-year-old was travelling south on a red Honda motorcycle when he collided with wire safety barriers and lost control, police say.
Traffic heading to Devonport was diverted while emergency services worked at the scene.
Police have urged anyone with information or relevant dash cam footage to come forward.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones,” police said.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
The investigation is ongoing.
