Police are on the hunt for a suspected arsonist targeting New Norfolk after a school and several garbage bins were deliberately lit in recent days.
The latest fires include an attempt to set alight an external wall of a school building on Blair Street around 6pm on Friday.

Several garbage bins were also set ablaze in the Kensington Street area just after 7pm on Sunday.
“Anyone with information or who may have observed suspicious activity in the area around the time of the fires is asked to contact Glenorchy Police on 131 444,” police said.
“Information can also be provided anonymously via Crime Stoppers.”
