Traffic around Hobart City and the Eastern Shore has been held up this afternoon after “multiple incidents” on the Tasman Bridge, according to Tasmania Police.
Traffic is “flowing slowly” from the Eastern Shore as a result of the incidents, with authorities urging people to avoid the area if possible.

A crash has also been reported heading towards the Eastern Shore across from Hobart’s Regatta Grounds.
Rain is expected to continue around the south, east and northwest of the state this afternoon alongside fresh south to southeasterly winds.
