Hobart’s Waterworks Reserve has been closed after a large tree limb fell across the main gate.
The City of Hobart says the tree is blocking access to the park.

They said arborists are unable to begin the removal process until wind conditions improve.
“Depending on the weather, the reserve may remain closed tomorrow,” a spokesperson said on social media.
“We will update everyone accordingly.”
A severe weather warning has been issued for parts of Tasmania today, with gusts of 100km/h forecast.
