Updated, 1:50pm Friday 17 January: The crash is now clear and two people have been taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Earlier: Emergency services have rushed to the aid of two people trapped inside a vehicle following a crash on the Tasman Highway.

Both lanes of the highway are currently blocked near the Tasmania Golf Club at Cambridge as paramedics and firefighters work to free the pair.
“The condition of both occupants is considered to be serious,” police said.
Police are advising motorists to approach the area with caution.
The road has been closed and all traffic is being diverted at Penna Road and Kennedy Drive.
