Police have located one of two vehicles believed to have been involved in the weekend burglary of a Hobart jewellery store.
Detectives found the blue Mitsubishi Magna sedan on Monday afternoon in New Norfolk, just over 24 hours after issuing a public appeal for information.
The car is one of two vehicles police believe were used in the early-morning break-in at the Murray Street business.
A man driving the Mitsubishi when it was found has been arrested and charged with driving offences.

Police are continuing their enquiries into the burglary and the theft of jewellery, including rings and watches.
They had been seeking information about both the blue Mitsubishi Magna and a white dual-cab Toyota Hilux.

Both vehicles were spotted in the Hobart CBD late Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
The Toyota Hilux was found burnt out on Collins Street on Sunday morning, suggesting the suspects tried to destroy evidence.
Police are warning the public to be wary of anyone trying to sell jewellery or watches and to contact authorities if approached by suspicious sellers.
