A motorcyclist who was reportedly travelling at more than double the speed limit on the East Tamar Highway this morning is being hunted by police.
The rider was clocked at 206km/h in the 80km/h zone near the Mowbray traffic roundabout around 10am on Saturday.

The motorcycle is described as “dark coloured” with no number plate and was last seen heading north.
Police are asking anyone with dashcam footage or relevant information to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
