The mouth-watering lineup for this year’s Taste of Summer has been officially revealed today, with favourites from all over Tasmania set to converge at Hobart’s PW1 from December 27.
Festival Curator Jo Cook says this year’s Taste is all about bringing friends and family together to celebrate Tasmanian produce.
“It will be the biggest and best Taste yet, with 88 stalls serving up the best Tasmania has to offer,” she said.
From seafood to vegan dishes, Cook says a diverse mix of fresh, seasonal produce means there will be something for everyone.
“Regional Tasmania will once again be well represented across 25 stalls from Bruny Island, Derwent Valley, Huon Valley, Smithton, the East Coast, Scottsdale, Lilydale and Bridport.”
This year’s Taste will run from Wednesday, 27 December until Saturday, 6 January, with a short break on the 2nd and 3rd of January to allow stallholders to refresh and reset.
