The RSPCA is investigating an alleged incident involving a dog in the East Devonport area on Sunday.
The animal welfare organisation launched an inquiry following reports a man was seen kicking the dog.

A spokesperson for the RSPCA said the investigation is ongoing and called for information.
“If anyone has any information, in particular, photos, videos or home CCTV, please contact us,” they said.
