A brief Tasmania Police operation caught four speeding drivers in just 30 minutes, including one 37km/h above the speed limit.
The highway patrol officers pulled over the driver who was going 87km/h in the 50km/h zone on the Esk Highway at Avoca on Friday.

The driver was issued a $606 fine and five demerit points.
“Speeding puts not only your own life at risk, but the lives of other road users as well,” police said.
“Let’s work together to keep all road users safe.”
