Supreme Court Judge Gregory Geason will face a four-day hearing in July on charges related to alleged domestic violence incidents.
Justice Geason was stood down from his duties late last year following allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards a woman between April and November 2023.
In the Hobart Magistrates Court on Tuesday, Magistrate Jackie Hartnett set aside several days from July 15 for the hearing, deeming 10 weeks enough for preparation.
Geason was arrested by Tasmania Police and charged in December with emotional abuse or intimidation and common assault.

The accusations against him include verbal abuse, physical assault, monitoring phone messages and electronic tracking.
The case is believed to be the first instance of a Tasmanian Supreme Court judge facing criminal charges in 200 years.
Alongside his charges in Tasmania, Justice Geason is also expected to appear in a Sydney court on separate charges related to breaching domestic violence orders on three occasions.
