The Tasmania Football Club is hitting the road again for a statewide community tour.
The Devils tour will include eight events at local football clubs across the state throughout February and March, giving locals a chance to meet the club’s inaugural CEO, Brendon Gale.
It comes just under a year since the club’s official launch as the Tasmania Devils, with the team hoping to connect with the Tasmanian community, gather feedback and share updates on the club’s progress and plans.
“The Club are really looking forward to getting back on the road to visit communities across Tasmania,” Tasmania Football Club General Manager Marketing Kath McCann said.
“It is just over 12 months since the Club were last on the road, a lot has happened in that 12 months, this will be a great opportunity for us to connect, learn and gain feedback from the Tasmanian community.”
Gale will be joined by staff from Tasmania Football Club, AFL Tasmania and students from the Tasmania Academy of Leadership and Sport.
He will share his journey, vision for the club and answer questions.
The tour schedule is as follows:
* Queenstown Football Club – February 12
* Circular Head Football Club – February 13
* Deloraine Football Club – February 14
* Scottsdale Football Club – February 19
* George Town Football Club – February 20
* Sorell Football Club – February 24
* Huonville Football Club – March 5
* Brighton Football Club – March 6
The events will be ticketed and will have limited capacity.
For interstate or international members, an online event will be held on March 5.
