Tasmania has FELT the heat today, with the Bureau of Meteorology reporting temperatures reaching over 36 degrees at Scotts Peak in Tassie’s South West earlier, while the Hobart CBD peaked around 32 degrees.
The Tasmania Fire Service say they have responded to several small vegetation fires across the state due to high fire danger ratings.

While temperatures are expected to dip tomorrow, they are forecast to return to the 30’s on Tuesday, and authorities are urging people to stay safe and hydrated as the warm weather continues.
