Tasmanian band HOLiDAY MYSTICS to join Neil Young at Hyde Park concert

Tasmanian alt-rock four-piece HOLiDAY MYSTICS has been added to the lineup of the prestigious BST Hyde Park in London, supporting music legends Neil Young and Van Morrison.

The independent band will take the stage on Friday July 11, joining an impressive roster of artists including Yusuf/Cat Stevens.

“This is going to be a special one,” the band said.

HOLiDAY MYSTICS, led by Jesse Higgs and his partner Meg Hitchcock, has been described as a “a chaotic Fleetwood Mac and a mystic Red Hot Chili Peppers”.

The band recently completed their Australian tour, performing at festivals including Beyond The Valley, The Gumball Festival, and Party In The Paddock before embarking on their current UK tour.

The group’s international momentum is continuing to build, with confirmed appearances at other major British festivals including Rowachella in South Oxfordshire and Isle of Wight Festival.

The band is also set to release their new single “Long Game” this week through a radio premiere via BBC Introducing over the weekend.
