Tasmanian-born Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is back in Australia ahead of the festive season.
The royal, who hails from Hobart, was spotted along with her youngest children, 12-year-old twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, boarding a flight to Tasmania from Sydney this morning.
She will soon be joined by her husband Crown Prince Frederik and their 16-year-old daughter, Princess Isabella.
Their eldest child Prince Christian, who celebrated his 18th birthday in October, will stay Denmark for educational purposes.

The family last visited Tasmania for Christmas in 2022, even catching a JackJumpers game at MyStateBank Arena.
Last year Princess Mary shared a photo on the Danish royal family’s Instagram during the trip (above), along with the caption: “Merry Christmas from “Down Under” – where we celebrate Christmas in Tasmania.”

“Here it is neither frostbite nor just trees but summer and warm weather.”
