The Somerset man lost control of his Mitsubishi Triton which “slipped and rolled” on the highway.

He was taken to the North West Regional Hospital with minor injuries as a result.
The incident comes as Tasmania Police continue Operation Safe Arrival across the state, prompting renewed calls for motorists to exercise caution during winter driving conditions.
“Slippery roads and reduced visibility demand slower speeds and heightened awareness from drivers,” a police spokesperson said.
“Every person who gets behind the wheel has a responsibility not just to themselves, but to everyone around them.”
