Police say they are investigating the incident in Lutana on Wednesday, where four youths are accused of targeting a number of parked taxis and their drivers in the dark of night.
A number of taxi car windows were allegedly smashed by the young offenders, leaving a hefty damage bill.
It is understood nobody was physically injured in the incident, however the drivers tell Pulse the latest incident is considerably affecting their mental health.
They say “racially-motivated” attacks on drivers are becoming more and more common.
Police are asking anybody who may be able to assist with their investigation to come forward.
