Two more people have been charged over the alleged attempted murder of a Bridgewater man who was shot in the head and neck at a property in Hobart’s northern suburbs in April.
A 29-year-old Chigwell man was last week charged with attempted murder, while a 33-year-old Collinsvale man was charged with being an accessory after the fact.
The charges relate to a shooting in Taree Street, Chigwell, on the night of April 5, when a 29-year-old Bridgewater man was seriously wounded.
The victim was taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital and is recovering.
Detectives from Glenorchy Criminal Investigation Branch are continuing to investigate.

The 29-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on June 25.
The 33-year-old has been bailed to appear on August 31.
The two charges follow an earlier arrest in the case.
Last month, a 33-year-old Chigwell man was charged with attempted murder after being extradited to Tasmania from Victoria.
He was arrested in Werribee, in Melbourne’s west, on May 20 by Victoria Police’s Fugitive Squad and Special Operations Group at the request of Tasmania Police.
Glenorchy detectives extradited him to Tasmania and he appeared in the Hobart Magistrates Court on May 22.
Police are urging anyone with further information who has not already contacted them to call Glenorchy CIB on 131 444 and quote offence report 802048.
